Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory using RF scanning systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities during peak production hours
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all outgoing products
- Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse machinery
- Implement safety protocols during low-visibility night shift operations
- Train temporary staff on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift certification experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail in low-light environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous staffing agency experience highly valued
