Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following 5S standards
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Load/unload trucks with proper lifting techniques
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Complete daily production reports and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating equipment)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to industrial areas of Memphis
- Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, or weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
