Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for daily/temporary assignments
- Match candidates to client requirements using our proprietary staffing platform
- Process daily payroll for temporary workers within 24-hour turnaround
- Build and maintain relationships with Las Vegas-based employers and job seekers
- Ensure compliance with Nevada labor regulations and safety protocols
- Track assignment metrics and optimize staffing efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proven experience with daily pay systems or payroll processing
- Strong understanding of Las Vegas job market dynamics
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Nevada staffing license/certification preferred
