Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across Kansas City metro
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client needs
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and document verification
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and client communications
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client requirements and staffing goals
- Develop recruitment strategies through job boards, social media, and industry networking
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of Kansas City labor market and local industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and client satisfaction
