Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with temporary job assignments in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas
- Process daily payroll for temporary workers using our automated payment platform
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance documentation for new hires
- Maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate screenings and skills assessments for role alignment
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and payment processing issues within 24 hours
- Track staffing metrics and report on placement success rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or HR experience with daily pay systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and payroll software
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Certification in staffing or human resources (SHRM-SCP/PHR preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Colorado labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with high-volume temporary staffing environments
