Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates into temporary and permanent positions daily
- Process same-day payroll for all assigned staffing assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies
- Manage onboarding paperwork and background checks efficiently
- Resolve staffing issues and provide exceptional client support
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience in Washington DC market
- Strong knowledge of daily pay systems and payroll processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
