Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for daily pay positions in manufacturing, logistics, and administrative sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews to match candidates with role requirements and cultural fit
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for placed candidates with same-week pay options
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for maximum efficiency
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and community networks
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure accurate daily pay processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in light industrial or service sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with candidates and clients
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Workday
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with same-day pay urgency
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's labor market and talent landscape
- Professional certification in Staffing (CSP) or HR preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
