Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Assist skilled trades with material preparation and site cleanup
- Complete daily timecards accurately for immediate payroll processing
- Maintain clean and organized job site throughout shift duration
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Reliable transportation to various Denver metro job sites
- Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools mandatory
