Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site organization
- Complete daily timecards accurately for same-day payment processing
- Adapt to changing project requirements and schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction/labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Philadelphia
- Steel-toe boots and basic personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
