Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 7AM-7PM)
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and diagnostic tests
- Manage electronic health records with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure seamless clinic operations
- Administer medications and injections as per protocols
- Handle patient inquiries and triage urgent calls
- Maintain sterile environments and inventory control
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA/RMA) and Illinois state license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification and phlebotomy skills
- Exceptional weekend availability and reliability
- Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
