Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare facilities across Oakland
- Manage candidate onboarding and credential verification processes
- Handle urgent staffing requests and schedule adjustments during night shifts
- Maintain compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and agency policies
- Build relationships with healthcare clients and nursing professionals
- Utilize staffing software to track assignments and availability
- Provide 24/7 support to clients and staff during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in healthcare staffing or coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of Oakland healthcare facilities and staffing needs
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in staffing software and HR systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
