Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve a high volume of IT support tickets within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform remote troubleshooting and onsite diagnostics for employees working weekends.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and change requests in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the core IT team to implement improvements to the weekend support workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
