Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CRM platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Develop and automate workflows, validation rules, and process builder solutions
- Manage user lifecycle including provisioning, training, and access control
- Generate and analyze custom reports/dashboards for leadership insights
- Lead data migration and cleansing projects ensuring accuracy
- Provide tier-3 technical support and resolve system escalations
- Document processes and create comprehensive training materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years Salesforce administration experience with active Salesforce Administrator certification
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud configurations
- Strong background in Salesforce automation (Flow, Process Builder, Apex)
- Proven experience with data migration and integration projects
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience with Salesforce security models and governance frameworks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
