Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure)

Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
