Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues with minimal supervision
- Document technical procedures, incidents, and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification required
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
