Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistent brand experiences
- Document design processes and create style guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing responsive design and complex problem-solving
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
