Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Support on-site and remote troubleshooting across multiple locations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
