Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS systems
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and network troubleshooting
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Document technical procedures and create user documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and security patches
- Provide remote and on-site support for 50+ enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with helpdesk/desktop support
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and endpoint management
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices (MFA, encryption)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
