Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues including Active Directory and VPN connectivity
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and implementations
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
- Train end-users on new technologies and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration (2016/2019)
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services and O365
- Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
