Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- System Maintenance: Perform scheduled server maintenance, patch management, and security updates during low-traffic periods.
- Helpdesk Support: Provide Tier 2 support via phone and remote desktop tools, resolving tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Network Management: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Asset Management: Assist in the tracking and deployment of new hardware and peripherals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or System Administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification is a plus.
