Responsibilities

- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and configure end-user devices (laptops, mobile, peripherals)
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security protocols
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network troubleshooting
- Conduct system audits and implement patch management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities

- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
