Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and configure new IT infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Monitor system performance and resolve critical outages within SLA
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Implement security protocols and compliance measures
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
