- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets within SLA timeframes
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and incident response
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
