Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 systems across enterprise environments
- Resolve escalated help desk tickets with SLA adherence
- Execute system upgrades, patch management, and security protocols
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Support cloud services (Azure/O365) implementations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
