Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for 50+ end-users
- Manage ticket queues using ServiceNow and maintain SLA compliance
- Deploy and configure new workstations, peripherals, and cloud applications
- Document all IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in contract or corporate environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools
- Strong diagnostic skills with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and travel to client sites within Philadelphia
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
