Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and group policies
- Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and cloud applications (O365, Azure)
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Adhere to cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional client visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
