Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Architect the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Autonomous Systems) and determine their potential for commercial application.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and prototyping of next-generation digital products and services.
- Oversee the integration of advanced tech stacks into legacy systems to ensure seamless scalability.
- Drive investment decisions for innovation labs and pilot programs.
- Establish thought leadership by publishing white papers and presenting at global tech conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and navigating complex technical landscapes.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, or Future Tech trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the San Francisco Bay Area tech ecosystem is highly desirable.
