Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with market-ready applications
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and quantum-computing security protocols
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and key stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Drive innovation sprints focused on breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Mentor emerging tech talent and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven experience in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on technology innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-facing tech initiatives
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies (GDPR, quantum export controls, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategies
- Track record of scaling tech innovations from prototype to market leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis (preferred)
