Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technological vision for TechVision 2026, aligning tech roadmaps with business goals.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Lead research initiatives into cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to identify viable use cases for the enterprise.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab to prototype and validate future technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Architecture Leadership: Oversee the architectural integrity of our systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and adaptable to future shifts.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and CTO to secure budget and resources for high-impact technological initiatives.
- Talent Development: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or C-level technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture, Distributed Systems, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to predict industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
