Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 12+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of long-term strategic planning and execution.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse, high-performance engineering teams and manage complex cross-functional projects across multiple time zones.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
