Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Identify emerging AI opportunities in healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Drive AI ethics initiatives, ensuring responsible innovation and bias mitigation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ in AI R&D funding
- Present AI vision to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leaders
- Oversee deployment of production AI systems with 99.9% uptime SLAs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership, with 5+ years at director level or above
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI products with measurable impact
- Expertise in federated learning, generative AI, and quantum machine learning
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience securing government and private AI research grants
- Strong network with AI research communities and venture capital ecosystem
