- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI deployment including bias mitigation and transparency standards
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and AI research labs
- Present AI roadmaps to stakeholders including Fortune 500 clients and regulatory bodies
- Mentor AI talent pipeline to build next-generation technical leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years experience in enterprise AI strategy
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML models at scale (10M+ users)
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and generative AI
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000-2022) and regulatory compliance
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) with 50+ citations
