- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Forge strategic alliances with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Drive innovation through agile sprints and rapid prototyping cycles
- Mentor AI talent pipeline and cultivate next-gen technical leadership
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years at director/VP level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in MLOps frameworks and cloud-native AI deployment
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Experience building high-performance AI research teams (20+ engineers)
