Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Produce trend forecasts and scenario analyses for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present visionary frameworks at global industry summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote speeches
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing C-suite-level strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ executive engagements
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level transformation projects
