As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to develop AI roadmaps, predict emerging tech trends, and implement scalable AI frameworks. You'll lead high-stakes initiatives that bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and practical business applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year AI transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop predictive models for AI adoption impact on industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Author whitepapers on AI future-state scenarios for executive audiences
- Design AI readiness assessments for Fortune 500 organizations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen AI solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy or tech consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of publishing industry foresight research
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) and MLOps tools
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
