Responsibilities:
- Lead the research and development of scalable AI architectures aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Design and optimize deep learning models for high-volume, real-time inference environments.
- Drive innovation in Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
- Mentor junior researchers and establish technical standards for the AI lab.
- Collaborate with product management to translate theoretical research into practical, market-ready features.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning research and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of publishing in venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy.
