- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through thought leadership and industry speaking engagements
- Quantify innovation ROI through advanced data modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and disruptive innovation principles
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 2025+ trend forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Delphi Method, Technology Radar) and strategic foresight tools
- Track record of scaling disruptive innovations from concept to market leadership
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
