- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget and secure partnerships with MIT/Stanford research labs
- Drive human-AI collaboration frameworks for 2026 workplace integration challenges
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science annually and secure 5+ AI patents
- Mentor PhD-level researchers while maintaining hands-on technical leadership in PyTorch/TensorFlow

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years of ML innovation leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- Published 20+ papers in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) with 5+ AI patents
- Expertise in quantum computing integration with classical ML frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling ML teams from 5 to 50+ researchers
- Deep knowledge of neuro-ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance for 2026
- Experience securing $3M+ in government/industry research grants
