- Establish industry-wide ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Curate global tech talent ecosystem through university partnerships and innovation hubs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and IEEE summits on future-tech policy
- Drive commercialization of patented neural-interface prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling AI ventures from prototype to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chain dynamics and quantum hardware
- Portfolio of deployed AGI safety protocols or ethical AI systems
- Fluency in Mandarin/Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Public speaking experience at TED/World Economic Forum events
