Responsibilities
- Lead 'Horizon 2026' foresight initiatives through trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Develop innovation frameworks and roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments and neuro-interfaces
- Champion strategic innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients and academic institutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on paradigm shifts reshaping 2026's economy
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
