Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI integration across enterprise operations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning to detect emerging AI trends (e.g., quantum-AI convergence, neuro-symbolic systems)
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-focused solutions (e.g., AI-human collaboration tools)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation lab focused on 2026 technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, AI research, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or human-computer interaction
