Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics with Fortune 500 partners and regulatory bodies
- Design explainability frameworks for high-stakes AI decision-making systems
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and adapt compliance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional sprints integrating ethical considerations into SDLC
- Author thought leadership papers on AI ethics for industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Policy with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic governance roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse communities
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
