Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Published research in IEEE journals on quantum computing or neural interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise-level deployment
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible technology development
- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized systems architecture
