Responsibilities

- Shape corporate AI governance policies and stakeholder communication protocols
- Monitor regulatory developments (EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act) and ensure compliance
- Design ethics-by-design integration for generative AI and LLM deployments
- Lead incident response for ethical AI breaches and transparency initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech ethics, or regulatory compliance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and NLP systems
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, ACM/IEEE) preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in ethics assessment tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to influence technical teams
