Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI decision-making algorithms for bias mitigation
- Develop quantum-secure authentication protocols for AI-human interaction protocols
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to establish neuro-ethical boundaries for brain-AI interfaces
- Author white papers on AI existential risk mitigation strategies
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption at global tech policy summits
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI ethics methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical AI auditing tool development
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's implications for AI security
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or ACM
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational AI policy implementation
