Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for autonomous systems using Python and TensorFlow
- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, legal teams, and external ethics boards
- Create transparency documentation for explainable AI (XAI) implementations
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and update compliance protocols
- Advise on ethical dilemmas in generative AI and biometric data applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Strong technical aptitude for auditing AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
