- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional committees to audit algorithmic bias and fairness across 50+ AI deployments
- Develop governance protocols for quantum-encrypted AI data pipelines
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at global policy summits and regulatory bodies
- Train 200+ engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Coordinate incident response protocols for AI system failures
- Publish annual transparency reports on AI system impacts
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 8+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethical technology oversight
- Certified in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and global AI regulations
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI ethics
- Fluency in cross-cultural ethical frameworks and diverse stakeholder engagement
