Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor compliance across product lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development workflows
- Create educational programs on responsible AI for stakeholders at all levels
- Represent Nexus Futures in industry consortiums shaping global AI ethics standards
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI governance, ethics, or compliance
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech/ethical initiatives
- Strong background in risk assessment for emerging technologies
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
