Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML algorithms and datasets
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU Ethics Guidelines, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate AI systems without being an expert developer
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
