Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI
- Deep understanding of ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools
